Pre-Compiled MEXNC
:
If you are running, say, R14, then make sure that the mex-file you get is for R14!
Use the Source, Luke...
If you want to compile your own mex-file, and if you use Linux,
Mac OS X, or UNIX, then here's the most recent
source code.
It's really pretty simple (unless you use windows) and you get a
mex-file that is tuned to your own system.
M-file Toolboxes
You have two choices here.
-
SNCTOOLS: A set of very simple yet powerful m-files. I think they are great, but I'm biased because I wrote them. So there, full disclosure.
-
NetCDF Toolbox
is also available, but is completely unsupported.
You can read some very old
documentation for the netCDF toolbox
here.
The netCDF Toolbox was written by Chuck Denham.
